This is the industry standard contract between intermodal truckers/drayage
companies and, water and rail carriers known as equipment providers.
The UIIA agreement convers liability and other issues related to the interchange
of intermodal equipment between two parties.

The Transload Distribution
Association (TDA) provides a forum for those interested in the transload
industry activities. It provides a means of communicating information
and ideas, problems and opportunities. Members of TDA come together for
meetings, workshops, education and information, all in an effort to improve
quality and help better the relationships between carriers and shippers.
